phpMyAdmin would by default use /etc/security/.htpasswd for this 
authentication.  The user would be admin, and password would be 
whatever the admin was given during virtual server creation 
(unless you've changed admin's password)..  Then just use the 
htpasswd utility to update this file with admin's password..
