Right,

This sounds like there has been a problem during vsd-install, which
should have created the VirtualServer entry in vsd.conf for you. If you
add the following to vsd.conf:

<VirtualServer webhosting.xxxxx.xxxx>
IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
StartUID 0
Users 0
Status active
Quota 0
Skel 
Partition 0
</VirtualServer>

and try a `vsdadm vs_details VirtualServer webhosting.xxxxx.xxxx` do you
get some meaningful output?
