Have you run the vsd-install script? This script is the one that should have 
created the VirtualServer entry for vmail1.pacspro.com, and performed a fair few 
other configuration steps.

Could you send me the output from running the script (it should have created a 
log file under /etc/vsd if I recall correctly).
