I found the problem. You have choosen "kmod-lp" support. This module is _not_ for USB printers required. It is only usable on Asus WL500g. On all other Asus models it crashes the system and instantously reboots it. I will fix the dependencies in svn, so that nobody can choose it for any router other than Asus WL500g. thx for the report.
