ok, I did so too but did not use it, so I didn't notice yet.

Well, thats a design decision of fwcf ... you cannot remove files yet.
Just prepend them with "exit 0" or overwrite them with empty files.

Distribution scripts should always evaluate "/etc/rc.d" to check if the
have to start on boot.

b) should not be a problem in production environments so far. You just
have to get used to it a bit.
If you talk to Waldemar about that I'm sure we can add a kind of
"delete" feature for the release after 1.0.
