eBay is down as I type this message, buy.com is up. The article says
that eXodus "fixed the problem" - I wonder how, if the attack is
widely distributed?

I wonder what's going on out there in haqrland. It feels to me like
someone with a grudge agains the commercialization of the net. Maybe
it's just someone joyriding. The problem is this kind of attack is
really hard to prevent, and hard to automate a response.

(I said in my last note that Yahoo was down for 3 days. That was a
dumb mistake, I meant to say 3 hours.)
