my monitor went dead during a thunderstorm, due to a power surge, and the Computer Guru told me I needed Norton AntiVirus and a new monitor. I got a cheap video card instead, plugged it in, problem solved.
long story short, sorry, I personally can't recommend the Computer Guru at all. I'd volunteer but I'm in Los Angeles. btw apologies to the Friamers I saw yesterday right before I left -- couldn't talk because (obviously) I had a long drive ahead of me.
