FWIW, Joe and I have used Brett Goldberg of Computer Medics for our--well, MY--Macintoshes for a couple of years. Joe has a Dell laptop, and Brett can manage that too. Brett's just fine, but get his first appointment of the day, or you'll wait for damn forever. We've also used Rexray with happy results.
