Holy Shit Batman. I'm a huge fan of Bob Forward both as a scientist and
a science/technology evangalist. This is work I was unfamiliar with and
who could resist a tile such as "GedankenSpacecraft" !

And double-holy-shit, I am just looking more closely at the performance
envelope of MEMS based micromirror arrays (TI DLPs) and here you hand me
nano-scale Casimir-effect mediated (sub)micromirror array actuators.

So, you have me sufficiently distracted... everyone, carry on and finish
paving the planet, I believe that in a post-human embodiment, I can
outrun the paving of the universe on my GedankenSpacecraft! How long
is a lifetime anyway? And my progeny? They are well educated and even
young, they can come with me.
