If you look at Google's instructions, it looks like sucking on razors:

.. basically said that you can Think Different .. I've been following her 
directions but am waiting for The End.  I do find that my posts to list no 
longer send them to me .. maybe some setting in gmail?

BTW: This is coming to you from gmail, but via a forward from my hosting 
service so I can keep "backspaces.net".  And natch from Mail.app using the 
instructions above.
