Hi,
At last I can make an account at healthcare.gov! I was having my
attempts to make an account rejected over dozens of attempts, and now a
new error (added overnight) suggests the underlying cause: The site
expects to use a unique key which is Last name + First name + e-mail
(but not the provided user name). Apparently they had partial
information in the database of failed prior attempts that was displacing
making the account. Changing my e-mail was sufficient to finish the
application. More than a dozens of pages later, I have a complete
application and a response. It slowed down a bit toward the end (a
"Please Wait" of about 30 seconds in one case), but had no other problems.
