FWIW, our exchange http://coveroregon.com has had a few glitches preventing people from signing up. But they made the decision early on not to allow individuals to sign up at first. You have to go through an agent for now. The day it opened, I managed to look up the insurance company we currently use, compare the plans offered on the exchange with the one we get through Renee's job, and see how those compare to all the other plans in the exchange.
