The coarse graining is so crude that it would appear they have many. Just as it 
would appear there is a probability distribution observed with a quantum 
measurement because the measurer’s state needs to be known too, and it is 
impossible to capture that like one might come closed to capturing a closed and 
isolated quantum system.
