So, the htex sources produce the Jenks & Sutor book *and* (at least the contents of) the HyperDoc pages? Looking at the svn log, it seems that the number of modifications currently is rather small. Removing attributes would be a slightly larger change, but still only concerning 6 files. I'm not sure what's better. I'll stop talking about it, and present some sort of solution at some point. For the moment, I'll only do the change to uppercase, if nobody complains. (Although I must admit, that I do not really know yet if attributes were important because of the interpreted environment. I hope not. I wonder, who invented them, and why.)
