In private copy I have added rules to generate ugxx.ht files from
.htex files. A litte mork work should handle example pages (I need
correct filename handling in awk scripts). Currently this genrates
old NAG pages, we need to merge back changes from .ht files to .htex
files.
Generationg book will take more effort. In particular since Tim
did a lot of changes and we would like to merge them back. Also
NAG folks essentialy hardcoded some information about images,
making them correctly float (essential if we want to apdate the
book) needs some work.
Ideally we could also generate MathML from .htex, but that would
be new developement.
