There is no such path in the prefix. Remember, I used "./configure --prefix=~/software". That fricas is so deeply installed under a "target" directory, is certainly a leftover of the original Axiom build procedure. But it does not really hurt. It should be no problem to install fricas.el under $prefix/lib/fricas/emacs. >> And finally, why don't you suggest running Axiom inside Firefox?
