Ralf, I successfully compiled the Aldor interface shortly after you announced the fix using FriCAS trunk at that time (rev: 1195). I can do it again if you really are uncertain. I have not tried with a recent version of FriCAS trunk but I do recall that Waldek did make some changes specifically generalizing some structures relating to Ring.
What's better: to redo the build with the earlier rev as you suggest or perhaps I should try the build with the current trunk? Regards, Bill Page.
