I compiled version that you posted and I get:
(1) -> PT ==> SCartesian(2)
Type: Void
(2) -> sipnt(-1,-1)$PT
(2) ("p",- 1.0,- 1.0,1.0)
Type: SCartesian(2)
(3) -> a:=spnt(1.0,2.0)$PT
(3) ("p",1.0,2.0,1.0)
Type: SCartesian(2)
(4) -> b:=spnt(3.0,4.0)$PT
(4) ("p",3.0,4.0,1.0)
Type: SCartesian(2)
(5) -> colinearity(a,b)$PT
(5) 0.9230769230769231
Type: DoubleFloat
Which version of FriCAS are you using? The above is with my
developement version which is close to trunk.
