Ok, so Aldor builds these into the language too. Why not Rep? I think Gaby's change for the handling of
Rep == ... would also be simple to implement in FriCAS. All that is required is for this to trigger the inclusion of two local functions. That way FriCAS could migrate library code gradually from Rep:= (without per and rep) to Rep == (inserting calls to per and rep where necessary).
