The code is not yet released, because it's not quite ready:
Oh, we should withdraw FriCAS. It's not quite ready. ;-)
it works for me, but it's not too easy to explain others how to
install and use it.
Would Pavel be available for questions? Is he on the fricas-devel list?
Choose a license compatible with the license of FriCAS and push the code
to github. I'm pretty sure that Martin will happily take a look at it
and perhaps that code can be improved more quickly for the benefit of
everyone.
