In preparation for future support of generators I would like
to make 'generate' into a reserved word. However currently
we have 5 exported functions called 'generate'. Since
Aldor style generators use special syntax, ideally they
should be introduced by a reserved word. And the best
word to use of course is 'generate'. So we probably
should rename the 'generate' functions. But also for
those functions 'generate' is good name and I have trouble
finding reasonable alternative name.
Any ideas?
