I agree with the or. But I am not sure which is best solution.
ATM I am tempted to delete most instructions from Notes-1.2.0.txt
and replace them with pointer to INSTALL-bin.txt. AFAICS duplication
between Notes-1.2.0.txt and INSTALL-bin.txt contributed to fact
that INSTALL-bin.txt got corrected but Notes-1.2.0.txt were not.
