I have no knowledge about any CAS using LLVM. However there're some serious
players in industry and open source that use LLVM. They're listed in here:
http://llvm.org/Users.html.

Oh... there's another thing I forgot to mention. LLVM code generator is by
default a cross compiler. It means that the same compiler can generate code
for x86-64 and let's say... GPGPU. So in theory you could ask compiler to
handle computation intensive code in different way and leverage your
powerful graphics card.
