When I make a small change to some src/algebra/xxx.spad.pamphlet file and re-run 'make' it does re-compile the pamphlet but then it spends a lot more time re-creating the .ht files for hypertex. Is there some easy way to avoid that and only rebuild the hyperdoc stuff when I am finished?
