Our current News page in HyperDoc is messy. Real news are
hidden between old "news" from NAG and Axiom time. I think
on the News page we should have FriCAS news and pointer to
older ones (actually two pointers, one to NAG news, the
other one to Axiom news). Also, info about generating
Fortran probably should be moved from news page to some
other place. ATM I am thinking about moving it to the
part about output formats, just after decription of
Fortran format.
