The same problem was on the mailing list a few days ago and would be
fixed by add "-u". See my patch here.

The problem is that due to renaming from .spad.pamphlet to .spad, the
content of the spadfiles will basically be scanned twice (for an
in-source-build) and yields duplicate lines in examples.list. Just
remove examples.list and do
cd src/doc; make
Waldek said he wants to produce today a cleaner fix than my -u workaround.
