That's probably not related, but I also cannot get "and" and "or" from
OutputForm to work in infix position.

(83) -> O==>OutputForm
(84) -> (u::O) or (v::O) and (w::O)

   Argument number 1 to "and" must be a Boolean.

Of course, I can use the same trick as for "=", but then I cannot really
see whether (84) parses and outputs with "and" having more binding power
than "or".

The only reason why this does not work is if or$OutputForm is currently
not in scope. That would be OK. But adding ")expose OutputForm" doesn't
change the above behaviour.

BTW, I would prefer to change ")expose SomeDomain" into "import from
SomeDomain" to be more in line with SPAD.
