Yes. Actually the situation seems quite clear: Ralf would like more control over the FriCAS project. The questions is: Are you prepared to give it to him? Of course that could mean some compromises such as more comments in source code and inclusion of GPL-licensed components. It would then be up to Ralf to show how these changes benefit the FriCAS project. >From my point of view these issues are actually of lesser importance than the continuation of a productive community for FriCAS.
