If we do this, then there are some more places to be considered. TableAggregate(Key, Entry) currently requires Key: SetCategory. That is probably because it inherits from KeyedDictionary and IndexedAggregate. I would find it a little odd, if XHashTable cannot inherit from TableAggregate if Key is just of type Type. I don't think that it is technically a big problem, but would like to get some opinions.
