> Hi, is there a way to display this documentation from the command line (I > didn't compile Fricas with X)? I need it for experimenting. Best regards. Ooops, sorry. I thought you have a computer next to you with which you could access the above (ordinary HTML) page. But, I just checked with lynx. The above page renders reasonably well without X. Also, I was never saying that you need X to use FriCAS. It was the whole reason to give users a better chance to read FriCAS documentation without X. Well there would be a way to produce that html page, but it's probably a bit difficult for a beginner. It works for me, but I currently don't suggest others to use these Makefiles. Experimenting with the documentation rendering is not really needed. Just write plain text and it will render fine. If you need something more fancy, ask me and I'll suggest something. In fact, you can put HyperTeX into the ++ comments, but I don't want you to learn another language just for documenation.
