Ooops, sorry. I thought you have a computer next to you with which you
could access the above (ordinary HTML) page.

But, I just checked with lynx. The above page renders reasonably well
without X.

Also, I was never saying that you need X to use FriCAS. It was the whole
reason to give users a better chance to read FriCAS documentation without X.

Well there would be a way to produce that html page, but it's probably a
bit difficult for a beginner. It works for me, but I currently don't
suggest others to use these Makefiles.

Experimenting with the documentation rendering is not really needed.
Just write plain text and it will render fine. If you need something
more fancy, ask me and I'll suggest something. In fact, you can put
HyperTeX into the ++ comments, but I don't want you to learn another
language just for documenation.
