Well, I have two repositories at github... But we were talking
about bugtracker -- I have no experience with their bugtracker.

Popularity is a weak argument. It makes sense to follow the crowd
when we have no preferences. But we do have existing bugtracker.
Do you think that github popularity will automatically translate
into more bug reports? I do not think so.
ATM I see one disadvantage of github: long meaningless URL-s
(in general but I suspect that bugtracker uses the same scheme).
Sourceforge seem to have much shorter URL-s.
