I think so.  At least you'll get a few dozen bugs from me...
The problem is popularity and publicity of FriCAS.
FriCAS doesn't even have a wikipedia page.  If you look at
axiom mailing list, every once in a while, you'll see new users
posting questions there -- they won'll notice the existence of
FriCAS or the difference among Axiom's forks.

But I think having our bugtracker at github is one step toward
more popularity of fricas -- it's the egg and chicken problem.

I think for commits URL are long, but for bugs they are short, e.g:
https://github.com/fricas/fricas/issues/1
