I think so. At least you'll get a few dozen bugs from me... The problem is popularity and publicity of FriCAS. FriCAS doesn't even have a wikipedia page. If you look at axiom mailing list, every once in a while, you'll see new users posting questions there -- they won'll notice the existence of FriCAS or the difference among Axiom's forks.
