In algebra there are only 5 places using QREFELT, all
in vector.spad. It make sense to use other accessor
here.
OTOH QREFELT is generated by Spad compiler. Logically
those accesses are different than array accesses in
algebra code. So it make sense to use different
accessor here. In principle we could change
expansion of QREFELT, but I am not sure if such change
makes sense.
