You can either clone the repo by svn or git,
or download a most recent tarball from:
https://github.com/fricas/fricas/archive/master.zip
Then the usual unpack, configure, compile, install.
I compiled with sbcl 1.4.5 and it works!
I had to do a "make clean" first though.
