I've got a good attorney who owes me some work.  I can at least ask advice if needed.  
He does a lot of 501c(3) and 501(c)6 stuff and we want to stay away from any of that 
if at all possibledue to the stringent reporting and qualification stuff.  I'll ask 
him if there's an appropriate category we can fit ourselves into if you'd like.
