Okay -- just got off the phone -- was juggling three screens, a catalog,
and a 3 1/2 year old -- so my "notes" are mental ones! Bottom line is
that we took *delivery* on the order *after* the specials had expired --
this per the rep. Our order was *placed* on the 27th, but delivery
occurred on the 30th -- still within the calendar month, but beyond the
"specials" month, which ends on the last Friday of the calendar month.
So -- score one for the learning curve.
Other relevant point is that, to receive the special prices for this
months' order, we must have the order delivered "on or before" this
Friday. Jeb is looking into whether or not this is possible, as the
Reno delivery day is usually Monday.
Members reading this who are participating in the current (June) order
may want to consider whether or not they want to move ahead with it if
we can't arrange a Friday delivery (in which case we'd be ordering at
regular prices). The other option might be to just wait and pursue a
July order.
Stay tuned...<grin>
