Dear allThe hurricane Hervey is doing incredible damage to the TexasGulf Coast specially the city of Houston. Hundreds of thousands are evacuated,there houses are completely destroyed. Others' homes are standing, but theywere forced to leave because there is no electricity, sewer or water in theircities. It will be weeks before basic services can be restored. Some of our Assamese families in Houston arenow staying with their neighbors as I have come to know.We are praying for all of our fellow Houstonians. Our community can do a world of good where itis needed most and in helping our fellow citizens rebuild their lives.ThanksAnkur
