Role Summary



At first priority, the Level 3 Engineer will make level 3 incident management 
within the NMC.

He will take proactive actions in order to improve the overall customer 
service, work on recurring and major incidents.

He will offer advice and training for NMC in the understanding of a customer 
network to assist them with troubleshooting and ensure that they have the 
correct level of technical support documentation.
He will collaborate with SE & PM to get the technical documentation and 
architecture available and up to date


Duties and Responsibilities


  The job holder will be responsible for delivering performance and Customer 
Service to Reliance's client base. This will be achieved through excellent 
organizational skills and a strong knowledge of data and telecommunication 
networks.

Qualification & Experience


Educational / Academic Qualification


Essential:





BAC+3 // Higher level degree in Computer/Network Systems


Desirable:



Engineering school : EPITA, SUPINFO, ISEP, etc.


Professional  Certifications / Additional Qualification




Essential:



Cisco CCNA




Desirable:


Cisco CCNA Voice, Cisco CCNP, Security


Experience(Min. years)

MPLS, ADSL (PPPoA/PPPoE/RFC2684), ISDN, PPP, HDLC, 
FastEthernet/GigabitEthernet, IP,GRE tunnels, BGP, EIGRP, DHCP, HSRP, VLANs, 
Trunking, QoS, ACLs/CBAC/IPS, VoIP (preferred)


Candidate Specification:


§  Experience of working as part of a global cross functional organization 
requiring regular communication with various contact profiles (Project 
managers, Sales, Customer IT Management)

§  Experience of International IT & Network solutions.

§  Experience with incident handling/ticketing and  communications with 
customer help-desks






Technical/Functional Skills: ( Use "E" to denote Essential and "D" for 
Desirable)

Essential:

·         Good overall knowledge of data networking

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Good written skills

·         French and English

·         CCNA qualified



Desirable:

·         Remedy Problem Ticket screens

·         Any other language skills




Competency & Behavioral Skills: (Use "E" to denote Essential and "D" for 
Desirable)

Essential:

·         Excellent organizational skills : time management, prioritization of 
tasks.
