Voici le retour que nous a fait Level3 concernant l'incident avec Orange : -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Outage Start: November 15, 2017 05:00 GMT Outage Stop: November 15, 2017 11:00 GMT Root Cause: A peering link between a local provider and CenturyLink impacted IP services in various markets within Europe. Fix Action: The CenturyLink IP NOC shut down a peering link connection to the local provider to restore services to a stable state. Reason for Outage (RFO) Summary: The CenturyLink IP NOC reported that a suspected peer route impacted IP services in various markets within Europe. The IP NOC investigated and identified an issue with a peering link between a local provider and CenturyLink. The issue caused border gateway protocol (BGP) routes to route incorrectly. The issue originated from the local providers network and a reason for the outage is pending from the local provider. The IP NOC shut down a peering link connection to the local provider to restore services.
