there are cases when there is no good configuration file that just works

here is an example:

source/network/openssh/tunnel

i think this is a very good default configuration, but it won't work at
all till you don't edit it

-> enabling rc.tunnel by default would be a bad decision
-> correct me but i think this is a good default config

or just see etc/passwd as an other example, you can't set a good default
root pass

ps: still voting for keeping by disable everyhing by default logic - like
we do so with iptables, too - along with voroskoi, janny, boobaa and
ironiq

ps2: i'm sad that there still devs who did not even reply to this thread
while i think this is an important question
