Which definition is that? Mr. Stallman would claim that FireFox isn't fully "free", yet I'm sure it's on the FSCK CD.
That's right, Ross. The build we supply isn't Free. It's encumbered by trademark problems. Really, it's open source with the option of being free again in another life. We can build our own copy of the software and distribute along with these terms:

Alternatively, we are free to do what we want to the source, build and distribute it, and it can be Free (speech/beer) but it can't have the associated graphics and trademarks.
In short, the binary that comes from Mozilla is licensed under the MPL, but the MPL states that you can alternatively relicense it under the GPL, so it _can be_ Free. It's just not Free right now. Debian Legal got into a huffuf* about this, but ended up settling with the unofficial artwork.
