Hey all,
I'm trying to get my wireless card to work on campus in Ubuntu.
I've got a dual boot laptop with windows XP and Ubuntu. I've
registered my card with ITS and I can get on the internet just fine in
Windows. When I switch over to Ubuntu, it stops working. I'm doing
everything through the system tools and I am setting the WEP key for
wlan1 to the I received from ITS. I've also gone through and run
/sbin/ifconfig to make sure the card that is configured has the same
WAC address that I registered with ITS. I've reentered the WEP key
like 15 times, so I'm pretty sure I've gotten it right at least once.
Any ideas anyone?
