From my perspective, it is not very desirable.  It seems the aims of
ACM are quite a bit different than FSCK.

The meeting I attended earlier this year was much more free form and
focused on actually doing some thing with FOSS software.  ACM seems to
be more aimed at being a professional in programming/computer science.
