I feel that's a good point. For example, are PDF forms part of ISO PDF or part of the Acrobat Extensions? In other words, are people publishing PDF forms publishing PDFs or Acrobat files? I don't know/remember the answer to that and it would be nice to have that on pdfreaders.org with appropriate source references, to help explain to ukgov types how they're being vendor-specific.
