More updates:
* Got the monthly billing from credit card provider, they charge
11,166,564 VND;
* While the reimbursement converted to VND is 10,097,027 VND;
* So the difference is 1,069,537 VND = ~50 USD.
I don't know if this exchange rates difference could be reimbursed?
At least, it should be recorded for improving the situation in the future.
