As I said before, they sent me only the monthly statement with all items
during that month (in PDF).
I took screen-shots from statements (attached here) with all unrelated
rows erased:
* in April: contains expense for flight ticket by credit card: 31,010 INR
= 11,166,564 VND
* in June: contains expense for eTV by credit card too: $61.8 USD =
1,394,899 VND
* An SMS: contains withdrawal statement for the 1st reimbursement ($90
USD)
