Tentative plan is to arrive in Siem Reap on 1-Nov and return from
Phnom Penh on 7-Nov. I have verified that flying into Siem Reap costs
more or less the same as flying into Phnom Penh, but I don't mind a
reduction in subsidy if that is a concern.

3 business days for the e-visa. Visa on arrival is also possible for
