Hi all, I'm in the midst of working on a rather large FMX project, and I was wondering if it will be worth my while installing MX '04 Pro.
I'm slightly worried that the new features may break my existing code, or learning a new environment may impact my current work. I'd imagine authouring in MX '04 & exporting as Flash 6 w/ AS1 would keep everything working nicely, and if I don't use any of the new components it should be okay (does exporting the new stuff as AS1 actually work?). Anyone got any thoughts on this? Also, is it possible to run MX & MX '04 side by side? that would probably be the easiest option. -- Lindsay Evans. Developer, Red Square Productions.
