Fake or real... a quick check of the second email from zeno already raises serious questions about authenticity...

ISC^2 are almost certainly not based in Mexico, so it's doubtful they'd use a Mexican ISP (can't be bothered tracerouting it). None of the scam/hoax pages I'm aware of match "isc" in a search, though.
