Glad your done, hopefully, there's someone close to them to get hardware. But your assumption that you need to install hardware THEN install software is wrong. Not every one requires this, the linksys being one that requires 0 software. Also, most people who are ALREADY on the net are there via DHCP, so again, there would be 0 configuration required. BTW, I'd love to see what applications you get to run when all you are doing is installing ZA, not deciding on each application, OR a certain security level. Way to over simplify the setup pal. Are you sure you don't want to clarify anything?

If you've already been up and running, you also have to go change network settings, and that is scary stuff for the computer illiterate.
